Cancelled events

If an event is postponed or cancelled you will be notified by Netticket.fi or the event organizer by mail or text message. You will also find information about changes or cancellations on the event page.

In case you paid your tickets with cultural benefits, money will not be refunded. The value of used benefit quota  is based on credits and can therefore not be repaid in money.  Instead, we can offer a Netticket gift card which is valid for 1 year.   If you have questions concerning ticket refunds and your event is not on the list below, please contact info@netticket.fi.
