Purchase policy

NetTicket.fi is a service provided by Oy NetTicket Finland Ab from which you can buy tickets and gift vouchers to events arranged by different event organizers. The service is acting only as an agent and is not responsible for the event. Income from ticket sales is paid to the event organizers.

The customer is obligated to check his purchase on the confirmation page. The amount of the purchase is deducted immediately at the time of the purchase.

Paid tickets, cateringproducts, gift cards, serialtickets or streaming codes are not refunded.

CDs have a 14-day return policy if the protective film or equivalent seal has not been broken.


The customer is obligated to check if the event is cancelled or postponed. In case of cancellation the ticket price will be refunded, service fees, delivery fees and invoice fees are not refunded. The event organizer can also offer a ticket to another of their shows, or a gift voucher which is valid for 12 months. Refunds are taken care of by the event organizer.

On the event page you will find information about cancellation or postponing of the event. If you have questions about an event or tickets please mail info@netticket.fi.
If an event has discounts for children, students, pensioners etc. you must be able to show proof that you are entitled to get the discount in question when you arrive to the event.

The organizer of the event is responsible for any changes arising due to a cancellation of the event, and location or schedule changes as well as the obligation due in Article 2 of the Value Added Tax Act. The service and event organizer do not replace lost tickets.

The event organizer has the right to inform the customer about changes and other matters related to the event via email and/or text messages to the customer’s contact details regardless of direct marketing consent.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the event organizer will offer a ticket to another performance, exchange the ticket for a gift card, or refund the ticket price to the customer excluding service and delivery fees. The event organizer may outsource the handling of ticket refunds to NetTicket under a separate agreement.

E-Tickets Tickets are delivered as PDF-enclosure by mail and as textmessages (only in Finland and Sweden).
