Purchase policy
NetTicket.fi is a service maintained by Oy NetTicket Finland Ab through which customers can purchase tickets and gift cards for events organized by various event organizers. The online store also sells products such as CDs, sheet music and other merchandise. NetTicket acts as a ticket intermediary and is not responsible for the realization of the event. Ticket revenues are paid to the event organizer.
The ticket purchaser must carefully check their purchase. The ticket price is charged immediately using the selected payment method regardless of the event date.
Paid tickets, catering products, gift cards, season tickets, streaming codes etc. are non-refundable.
CDs have a 14-day return policy provided that the protective plastic wrapping or other seal has not been broken.
Finnish Competition and Concumer Authority: directives concerning rights to change or returnt tickets to leisure events
The customer is responsible for checking whether the event has been postponed or cancelled. In the event of cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded. Service fees, invoice fees and delivery charges are not refunded. The event organizer may offer the customer a ticket to another event or a gift card valid for one year. If the ticket price is refunded, the refund is handled by the event organizer. NetTicket may administer refunds under a separate agreement with the organizer.
Current information regarding possible postponements or cancellations can also be found on the event page. If you have questions regarding your event, please email info@netticket.fi.
If child, student, pensioner or other discounted tickets are available, the ticket holder must be prepared to prove eligibility for the discount when entering the event.
The event organizer is responsible for the event, including program changes, venue or seating changes, possible cancellations and any resulting costs, as well as obligations referred to in Section 2 of the Value Added Tax Act. Neither NetTicket nor the event organizer is responsible for lost tickets.
The event organizer has the right to inform the customer about changes and other matters concerning the event by email and/or text message using the customer's contact details regardless of direct marketing consent.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the event organizer may offer a ticket to another performance, exchange the ticket for a gift card, or refund the ticket price excluding service and delivery fees. The event organizer may transfer the administration of ticket refunds to NetTicket under a separate agreement.
