Printing the ticket

If you buy a ticket from the web shop, you are also responsible for printing it out!
 

After you have paid your ticket, the order confirmation and the e-ticket will be sent to your e-mail as a PDF file. Then you need to print out the file.
You can also recieve and store your tickets i Kivra, where they are safely kept in digital form.
 

To be able to open the file, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download the program from www.adobe.com or by clicking the icon next to this text.
 

Make sure that the printer is connected to the computer, and that there is sufficient ink in the cartridge.
 

After opening the ticket file, print it out without changing the size. One page may contain 1-4 tickets. You can use both laser and ink-jet printers for printing. The ticket can be printed in black and white or in colour. The most important thing is that the bar code is clearly readable, because it will be checked at the entrance. You can not get in with a ticket copy!
 

Check all details carefully before paying for the tickets. Paid tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
 

The customer is responsible for checking that the event has not been cancelled. If a cancellation occurs, the price of the ticket is refunded. This does not apply to other incurred expenses.
